Advanced Phone Up's was founded 25 years ago by Howard Mack with the goal of helping automotive dealerships make the right impression with their telephone, text and e-mail prospects. Our office was located in beautiful Mountain Ranch, CA. We work exclusively with Auto, Truck RV, ATV and Motorcycle Dealerships.

OUR LEAD TRAINER
Scott Wiley has been the LEAD TRAINER at Advanced Phone Ups for 20 years. Scott comes with a can do, no nonsense, common sense approach that gets through the thickest veterans skin. Scott and his division of 8 telephone trainers have performed over 3,100 telephone training seminars in our years of working exclusively in the motorcycle, RV and auto industries.
We call each person individually and coach them weekly on how to set reservations. That way you can stay busy running the store and selling cars.
